Residential Pool Inspections for Real Estate Transactions

Let Doc's Pools make sure your client has a thorough understanding of the quality of pool that is in the house they are purchasing!

 $150 dollar for a regular sized (under 20,000 gallons) pool inspection.

 If your client ends up purchasing the house, we will come out to teach them how their system works free of charge! 

Vacuum-to-Waste Service

Some jobs are too much for your filter to handle. If you have a significant mess in your pool, it might be best to avoid putting it through your filter. 

When we perform a Vacuum-to-Waste service, we use professional equipment to remove the waste and dispose of it directly into your sewer cleanout (also known as the sanitary sewer line).

Emergency/Same-day Pool Service

*Emergency/Same-Day pool service is subject to availability, and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Emergency/Same-Day Service, After-Hours Service, and Weekend Service are subject to emergency service fees.*

Pool Draining

There are several situations where a partial or full pool drain is necessary. These can include specific pool chemistry issues, green pool conditions, or simply the age of the water. 

We offer full, half, and partial drains and refills. Our experts are trained to explore all possible solutions for your pool and can advise you on the most effective and affordable option.

Chlorine Rinse and/or Acid Wash (Draining of Pool Required)

Contrary to common belief, removing algae from your pool walls doesn't always require an Acid Wash. If draining the pool is necessary, a Chlorine Rinse is the most effective method for eliminating any remaining algae. 

However, if your pool has significant staining, an Acid Wash might be the better solution. A Pool Scouts professional can assess your pool and recommend the most suitable treatment. 

We include pool draining and refilling in a Chlorine Rinse/Acid Wash Service.
